To create an account on jed buzz, every user must provide accurate and complete information. An account opened with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

1.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts under the same identity are prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be valid and accurate.
• An OTP verification on a valid mobile number must be completed to activate the account.
• Account ownership may not be transferred to another person.
• To change any information used during registration, please contact the support team.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jed buzz may request a copy of a national ID card or passport at any time to verify a user's identity. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. This process is carried out to protect the security of users' funds.

The minimum age to participate on the jed buzz platform is 21. At the time of registration, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement. The platform may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

jed buzz follows a strict policy to protect minors. If anyone creates an account by concealing their identity or using another person's details, this will be treated as fraud and appropriate action will be taken.

It is your responsibility to keep your jed buzz account username and password completely confidential. Login details must not be shared with any third party. Sharing your account with anyone else is a direct breach of these Terms.

3.1 Security Obligations

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, inform the support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out at the end of a login session.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account unless it can be proven that the fault lay within jed buzz's own systems. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

Specific rules must be followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on jed buzz. All transactions must be made using a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be rejected.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (the same across all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The mobile number registered to the account must be used for deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though banking processes may occasionally cause a delay.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals typically take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
• It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For bank transfers, funds can be sent directly to major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

jed buzz's welcome bonus and other promotional offers are available subject to specific conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, wagering equal to 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and may not be transferred to another person.
• Claiming a bonus on more than one account from the same person, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• jed buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net loss. Cashback ranges from 0.2% to 0.8% across four tiers from Bronze to Platinum. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

jed buzz is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and equal environment for all users. All games on the platform are powered by third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG).

• If any player attempts to manipulate game outcomes through software or other means, their account will be closed.
• The use of automated bets or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered void.
• Game history is retained, and jed buzz has the right to review any suspicious activity.

Any complaint regarding a game result must first be reported to the support team. The dispute resolution process is described in detail in section 11 of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jed buzz platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
2. Conducting transactions using another person's identity, bank account, or mobile wallet.
3. Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
4. Using any software or hacking tools on the game or payment systems.
5. Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts or providing false information in order to claim bonuses.
6. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
7. Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform for personal gain.

jed buzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, this action is generally taken for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete age verification or identity verification.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.
• An account that has been inactive for a long period.

If a valid balance exists before account closure and no bonus terms have been violated, the funds can be returned through the support team. However, bonuses and bonus winnings on accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

jed buzz treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Information collected during registration on the platform is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and preventing fraud. The detailed process for collecting, storing, and using data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is never sold to any third party.
• Payment information is protected with SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities where required under applicable law.
• Users may request to view or delete their own data at any time.

11.1 Complaints Process

1. Submit your complaint via live chat or email — support is active 24/7.
2. The support team reviews the complaint and opens an investigation.
3. A response to the complaint is generally provided within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Where necessary, game logs or transaction records are reviewed and a final decision is communicated.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the user may seek independent advice. In all disputes, the decision of jed buzz will be considered final, though it will always be based on a fair and impartial investigation.

jed buzz makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services; however, the platform will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device.
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical errors.
• Delays in transactions due to third-party payment providers.
• Login information being leaked due to user negligence.

In any circumstances, jed buzz's maximum liability will not exceed the actual balance in the user's account. jed buzz will not be liable for consequential damages.

jed buzz may partially or fully update these terms at any time. Advance notice will generally be attempted when changes are made, but it is not mandatory. Continued access to the platform will be considered as acceptance of the latest terms.

jed buzz also reserves the right to shut down any part of the service or the entire platform. In such cases, advance notice will be given as far as possible and arrangements will be made to return valid balances.
